Helpful and efficient service
I have nothing but the highest praise for North East Heating Solutions. They have provided me an extremely helpful and efficient service, from my initial contact with the company through to the actual installation of my new heaters today. Howard has been very kind and supportive throughout the whole process-practical advice as been given where necessary and communication has been excellent. The fitters John & Steve, were also most helpful and worked hard, quickly and yet carefully so disruption was kept to a minimum when the heaters were fitted. THANK YOU to everyone at North East. I will not hesitate to recommend the company to others.
No pressure sales technique
I have had my radTherm® radiators for five years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent no pressure sales technique. The radiators are a great success, they were fitted in less than two hours by efficient pleasant workmen. My house is warm and cosy and I find them economical, no servicing needed, easy to regulate and whilst my house was empty for four months due to illness the radiators were put on timers, so no worries about frozen pipes. I have no hesitation in recommending North East Heating Solutions.

Worth the cost
I would just like to say that the service that I have had from all staff from the owner, Howard, Yvette and the installers from NEH Solutions has been excellent. The radiator works extremely well and we are very pleased with the purchase. We have tried numerous heating appliances for our sunroom/conservatory and none have met expectations including the Dyson and oil filled radiators. At last we are now happy with the radiator supplied from NEH Solutions, definitely worth the cost.
